The Texas High Performance Racing Auction is set to return January 2, 2027, bringing together racers, industry professionals, vendors, and motorsports enthusiasts for one of the region’s premier racing events. Hosted at the Fannin County Multipurpose Complex, the show features a full day of racing-related products, equipment, services, and networking opportunities.
Vendor registration for the 2027 show is now officially open. Booths will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis, with standard 10’ x 10’ exhibit spaces available for $150 each. Every booth includes pipe-and-drape railing, one table, two chairs, and two exhibitor passes per space.
“We are excited to welcome exhibitors and attendees back for another outstanding year,” said Kevin Rogers, event co-organizer with Raceshow, LLC. “The Texas High Performance Trade Show continues to grow, offering a strong marketplace and community gathering point for the racing industry.”
VENDOR BOOTH DETAILS
Booth Price: $150 per 10’×10’ space
Deposit: 50% due at time of contract submission
Final Payment Deadline: December 18, 2026
Setup Day: Friday, January 1 (9:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.)
Show Day: Saturday, January 2 (exhibits open; teardown after 4:00 p.m.)
Exhibitors must submit a completed contract and deposit to secure space. Booth placement may be adjusted by trade show management to support optimal traffic flow and event operations.
